The steel sculptures by Manuel Quaresima Art are valuable works of art that require special attention during packaging and transport. Please read this policy carefully to understand what to expect after your purchase.

Preparation and packaging
Each sculpture is individually packaged with high-quality protective materials to ensure the integrity of the artwork during transport. Preparation times vary from 2 to 4 business days, depending on the size and complexity of the piece. -
Shipping within Italy
Shipments to Italian destinations are carried out through couriers specialized in the transport of fragile and valuable items. Estimated delivery times are 2–5 business days from dispatch. -
International shipping
We ship worldwide. Delivery times for international shipments vary depending on the destination, generally between 5 and 10 business days. Any customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges required by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer. -
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, dimensions of the artwork, and destination, and are shown at checkout. For large artworks or special destinations, we may contact you to arrange a dedicated shipping solution. -
Shipment tracking
Once the artwork has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number to monitor the delivery in real time. -
Damage during transport
In the event of visible damage upon delivery, please:
Document the damage with photographs before opening the packaging further.
Contact us within 48 hours of receipt at the address indicated in the Contact section.
We will assess each situation individually to find the best possible solution.

Failed delivery
If delivery is unsuccessful for reasons attributable to the recipient, such as an incorrect address or prolonged absence, the costs of a new delivery attempt or return shipment shall be borne by the customer.
