Return and Refund Policy — Manuel Quaresima Art

Each sculpture by Manuel Quaresima Art is a unique work of art, entirely handmade in steel. Due to the handcrafted nature and exclusive value of each piece, we ask you to read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

Right of withdrawal (EU)
In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU, customers residing in the European Union have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the artwork, without having to provide any reason.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at the email address indicated in the Contact section. The artwork must be returned in the same condition in which it was received, properly packaged to protect the integrity of the piece.

Return conditions

The artwork must be intact, undamaged, and in its original condition.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise agreed.
Returns are not accepted for artworks damaged due to inadequate packaging during return shipment.

Refunds
Once the artwork has been received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 14 days using the same payment method used for the purchase.

Commissioned artworks
Artworks created on specific commission for the customer are excluded from the right of withdrawal, as they are personalized goods pursuant to Article 59(c) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU.

Damage during shipping
In the event of damage during transport, please document the damage with photographs and contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We will assess each case individually.
