    All sculptures offered are original works of art, handcrafted in steel by Manuel Quaresima. Each piece is unique and may show slight variations compared to the images, as this is an intrinsic characteristic of handmade craftsmanship.

  3. Prices and payments
    Prices are indicated in Euros (€) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Payment must be completed at the time of order through the payment methods available on the website.

  4. Shipping
    Steel sculptures are objects of significant size and weight. Shipping times and costs vary depending on the destination and will be communicated at the time of order. We are committed to packaging each artwork with the utmost care to ensure its integrity during transport.

  5. Right of withdrawal
    Customers residing in the European Union have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the artwork, in accordance with applicable law. Commissioned artworks are excluded from this right. For full details, please refer to our Return and Refund Policy.

  6. Intellectual property
    All images, texts, and content on this website are the exclusive property of Manuel Quaresima Art and are protected by copyright laws. Reproduction without written authorization is prohibited.

  7. Limitation of liability
    Manuel Quaresima Art is not responsible for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the website or the purchase of products, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

  8. Applicable law
    These Terms of Service are governed by Italian law. For any dispute, the competent court shall be that of the consumer’s place of residence, in accordance with EU consumer protection legislation.
